Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide. For international orders, please reach out to info@bynoseyparker.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Any delays to this dispatch time will be advertised on our website and socials. Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the courier. If you experience any issues, reach out and we’ll help where we can. Please make sure your receiving address is safe and secure. We are not responsible for missing parcels if we have the tracking that says it is delivered.
Brand & Production
Where are your garments made?
We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners to ensure quality and ethical production. We’re currently partnered with manufacturers in China that focus on quality and small batch production.
Why are your pieces limited?
We produce in small batches to reduce waste, maintain quality, and keep each piece feeling special. With high interest in pieces, we may offer restocks or new colourways.
Do you use sustainable materials?
Where possible, we incorporate deadstock and considered materials. We’re currently working with our manufacturers to ensure that high quality fabrics are used and they are sustainably sourced. To achieve this, we aim to use predominantly natural fibres. We’re committed to improving our practices as we grow.
